Arrogant Frog 2013 Sauvignon Blanc and Veggie Tacos (Wine Sample Provided by Sopexa USA and Pays d’OC IGP)
This 100% Sauv Blanc comes from the Pays d’OC IGP of the Languedoc Roussillon in southern France.
I’ve been really impressed with southern France over the last few years. Fresh and vibrant reds. Whites that are zippy as all get out. These bottles are always bringing it.
This Sauvignon Blanc has a zesty lemon/lime acidity that worked magic with these veggie tacos.
This pairing makes me as happy as Michael Morse hitting a pinch-hit home run in the playoffs.
