The fine folks at Vivac Winery in Dixon, New Mexico sent me a sample of their 2016 Sangiovese and their 2017 Rosé of Sangiovese. Check out my thoughts in the video below…

I enjoyed the Vivac 2016 Sangiovese and 2017 Rosé of Sangiovese with some Lamb Curry and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

So good.
