    Thanks for the kind comments Jeff! Man I wish I could have tasted the Okonomiyaki with the Corallina Syrah Rosé. Sounds perfect! Great notes on the wine, I think you nailed it. Hope you can visit us in Napa soon.

      Thank you, Craig.
      The wine was delish.
      The Okonomiyaki was pretty good for a first effort. The link in the blog does a good job of explaining how to make it.
      We come through Napa a couple times a year. I’ll be sure to give you a heads up the next time we head your way.

    I like the time you took to really dive into this wine, Jeff. I am a big fan of Syrah based Roses, so if I can find this one I will check it out.
