I haven’t tried the socialcam app yet, but the screen was doing this weird bouncing thing through the whole video. Wasn’t really distracting or anything, just something I noticed.
I think the bigger bubbles can be an indication of CO2 injection or Cremant method second fermentation as opposed to Method Traditionalle fermentation.
